Bernhard Steinkühler is the firm’s founding associate and has been practising as a solicitor throughout Germany since 1995, working solely in the field of labour law.
He advises German and international companies as well as management on all matters of labour law as well as company law. One key area of his activities is offering labour law assistance to companies undergoing restructuring, outsourcing or transfer of business, as well as related advice and representation for severance negotiations and arbitration committees. He also has particular experience and expertise in establishing and terminating employment relationships, particularly of board members, upper management and executives. Another primary focus is the development and implementation of compliance regulations, as well as legal representation in the course of internal investigations.
Bernhard Steinkühler is a member of the working committee for labour law specialists at the Deutsches Anwaltsinstitut (German Association of Attorneys), the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Club des Affaires Franco-Allemand. He is a lecturer at the School of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Steinbeis University in Berlin.
Bernhard Steinkühler is voluntary board member of the children’s welfare organisation Save the Children Deutschland.
